• The wagering requirement for each bonus may be 15–30 times the bonus amount

• Any misuse of bonuses or breach of bonus terms will result in the bonus and related winnings being voided

For referral bonuses, the referred person must open a new account and make the required minimum deposit. Multiple members of the same household are not eligible to claim referral bonuses.

• The dealer's decision in Live Casino games is final and cannot be appealed
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, 29bat will endeavor to provide appropriate compensation

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 29bat platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and legal action may be taken where necessary:

• Money laundering or facilitating the flow of illegal funds
• Placing strategic bets with the intent to circumvent bonus terms

• Attempting to hack, phish, or gain unauthorized access to the system
• Accessing another user's account or stealing their information
• Spreading false information or making unfounded allegations against the platform

29bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances, with or without prior notice to the user:

• If these Terms and Conditions are violated
• If KYC verification fails or fraudulent documents are found
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)
• If the user submits a request to close their own account
• If a self-exclusion request is submitted under the Responsible Gaming policy
